The 21st Century Cures Act adds a Condition and Maintenance of Certification requirement for health IT developers to demonstrate the real world use of health IT for interoperability. To do so, the ONC requires that health IT developers submit publicly available real world testing results each year, beginning with submission in 2025 of data collected during the 2025 calendar year.
