The section below outlines additional types of costs that a user may be required to pay to implement or use the Complete EHR or Health IT Module’s capabilities as certified. There is a one-time cost to support the installation and implementation of certified capabilities for all new customers. Costs are based on several factors that include but are not limited to the use of virtual and/or physical servers executing the application; the level of support provided; and the quantity of external interfaces to third-party systems. The details and specifics will be included in each client’s engagement documentation. Additionally, annual support and maintenance costs will apply and are based on each customer’s engagement documentation and will vary based on the number of users and details of the installation.

2170.315(d)(1): Authentication, Access Control, Authorization Allows for the verification of user access against unique identifiers for authentication and authorization of access.Costs: None

4170.315(d)(5): Automatic Access Time-out Automatically stops user access to health information after predetermined amounts of time and requires user authentication to resume or regain access.Costs: None
